Case Study of an Architype Leading Across Cultures and Countries
- Prompt: Conduct a short case study of a leader who is an architype of leading across cultures and countries. The leader may be someone you know who you can interview, or you can select a historical leader. Although a good example would be Jesus, do not use Him as a subject for this project.
- Follow Yin’s case study research method for this project.
- Use APA 7 formatting for your manuscript. The project is a minimum of 2500 words (roughly 10 pages) in the body that does not include the cover page, abstract, and references.
- To help you think through this, it will help if you write an outline that introduces the leader and, in a few sentences, state why the leader is an exemplar. Identify five to six traits/behaviors/principles/etc. about the leader that contributes to him/her being an architype.
- Present these in the introduction in the order you will present them in the body of your submission. Then address each trait/behavior/principle/etc. and connect the element to leadership literature.
